The Apartments

• The Red Sea Beach Resort will provide a wonderful selection of 372 beautiful resort apartments, all perfectly situated in the centre of the resort closer to the ocean.
  
  
• There are three types of apartments: garden apartments with their own garden, intermediate (middle floor) apartments and penthouse apartments over two floors.
  
  
• All apartments are available as junior (one bed) or senior (two bed) apartments.

The Beach Lodges

The unique and luxurious beach lodges help create a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere, with their beautiful wooden structure and tropical thatched roof covering. They enhance the Red Sea Beach Resort immeasurably and provide a unique beachside holiday home.

The beach lodges comprise a large, open living room, luxury bathroom, open plan kitchen and
two bedrooms. You can also add a mezzanine floor of 36 square metres, giving you an extra master bedroom with a phenomenal view of the Red Sea. Large sliding glass windows connect the interior of the lodge with the attractive hardwood terrace.

The careful choice of materials for the lodges guarantees that they blend into the romantic setting of the resort. The roof overhangs by a metre on both sides of the house to give extra shade In addition, the roof is made from sustainable tropical thatched grass (alang-alang) to provide a cool and very beautiful finish to the lodges.

You also have flexibility in your payment options. Simply select the one that suits you.

Payment option 1

You pay a €1,500 reservation fee to take the property off the market.
You then pay the balance (100% minus the reservation fee) when you sign the contract, usually within three weeks. All funds will be held in escrow for your protection.

This payment option brings you an added benefit if you also choose the rental
guarantee (available on two bed apartments only). The rental guarantee will take effect and start generating guaranteed income 18 months after the full balance is paid.

This means you will start making a return BEFORE the resort is even finished! For example, if you purchased today and paid in full, you could expect to start generating guaranteed income 18 months from now, with your first year’s income paid to you (one year in arrears) in
30 months time.

Payment option 2

You pay a €1,500 reservation fee to take the property off the market.
You then pay three phased instalments of 25% during construction (minus the reservation fee) and the final 25% on completion .

Furniture packs

To keep things as simple as possible for you, furniture packs are also available which are covered by the developer’s interior warranty. This means you are fully insured for the ten-year term with any breakages replaced for FREE.What’s more, these are extensive packs covering everything from your wide screen LCD TV to your cutlery, lighting to bedding. Everything has been carefully considered.

Developer Guarantees

We want you to buy your property at the Red Sea Beach Resort with total peace of mind. This is why we have ensured that the developer has these important guarantees in place.

Rental pool

This is available for every property in the resort for a period of ten years. This is conservatively
estimated at 10% net based on 20 weeks occupancy, and this includes your five weeks usage. Obviously this method allows for far greater returns depending on the amount of personal use and the actual occupancy levels for the resort. The Rental Pool option provides the most flexibility if you would like to stay in your property yourself for longer periods.

Rental guarantee

This is for two bed apartments only and again available for ten years. The Rental Guarantee option allows five weeks personal usage each year.

As an investor in the Red Sea Beach Resort, you have the option to secure the above returns by way of a Bank Guarantee. The rental guarantee comes into effect 18 months after the full balance payment has been received regardless of the construction status. The only condition is that furniture packs must be purchased if you are taking advantage of either of the above rental options.

Please note: if you choose the rental guarantee option, you can switch to the rental pool option later on, if it turns out that the rental pool system is generating better returns!

Ten-year construction guarantee

The ten-year building construction guarantee means any deficiencies or defects in the building process or design will be corrected at no cost to you.
